Fold
Press the two sides of the cup towards the centre and fold it in half.

Insert
With your free hand, spread the labia majora and gently insert Pì-kup by guiding it upwards and towards the back (the stem should be pointing downwards). Withdraw your fingers and the cup will open and position itself automatically.

Remove
Gently pinch the base of the cup to let air in and make it easier to remove. Avoid removing Pì-kup by pulling the stem, as this may cause discomfort.

Empty
Clean Pì-kup and prepare it for further use. We recommend emptying the cup every 4-8 hours, depending on your menstrual flow.
